<p>There&#8217;s a good idea to give awards for yourself after a little work done, for example to buy anything that can spoil you for celebrating the achievements that you have done.</p>
<p>2. Take advantage of a snowball effect.<br />
Find out which part of your job the most fun and start from there. You will easily and quickly finish the <strong>job</strong>. When you finish doing the fun part of the task, you unconsciously have been a step forward toward completion of your task or project. This is called a snowball effect.</p>
<p>3. Avoid doing multiple tasks at once.<br />

Once you work for 40-45 minutes, take a mild break for 3-5 minutes. You are advised slightly away from your work area.</p>

Stretch, drink a glass of water, or take a walk for fresh air. You will get extra energy in an instant, so you will be motivated and eager to resume your work.</p>
<p>5. Relax and have fun<br />
You are not robots, and therefore highly recommended that you leave the job temporarily. Do things that are fun, like watching movies, going to favorite restaurants, chat, or gather together with your friends.</p>
