Generally many people make new resolutions relating to the ideals, principles of life, and attitudes that would be better served in the future. The word ‘resolution’ itself means reconstructing the solution (the exit), then to introduce a resolution that attempts to correction and introspection, to achieve a quality private.

But sometimes people often forget to prepare a resolution for the profession and their career. And the life is also very important. As all who have endured the last year will affect a foothold in the next year. Thus, it could not hurt to get you started building and resolution of your professional career. And there are some guidelines that real enough that you can apply to develop your career resolutions.

The first, Consider the advantages and disadvantages of the career that you live. Not just measured by scales like accounting profits and losses, but rather on calculations by a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Take into account the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats existing at the same time on the career you’ve lived in one of this year to be a practical measure for your calculations in the next year.

The next career resolution, after noticing a SWOT of your career, then consider also the ideals and principles of your own life. Does it have appropriate career goals you? Do it now you have to compromise with your ideals, so see that you live is part of your expectations? If you feel positive and be accepted, then the next question, whether the career that you live it is in conformity with the basic principles of your life? Do you have “little” change your principles to survive in your career?

The answers to these questions all depend on yourself. It’s just important to remember that in the career, ideals as part of the real dream is something that needs to continue fighting. Human major step always begins with an ideal that continued to be pursued.

The next point that should be drawn is, the steps to the front of your career. That does not mean you have to find a new career, out of the old workplace to another workplace, but rather on the achievement of your career forward with better.
