15396-gold-person-standing-on-a-path-that-forks-off-into-two-different-directions-trying-to-decide-which-way-to-go-clipart-illustration-imageIn this way of life is not always smooth, including in your career.  A poet named Robert Frost once wrote, “There are two roads crossing the forest, and I – I chose the road less traveled one, and that’s what makes the difference.” If hard times have you went through, pass in a different way. If you could choose, choose the road less traveled person.

Is the tough times that? That could be an option to work correctly or work with ease. Maybe the tough times it is a key test that will determine whether the next level of your ride or have fallen out. Difficult times that there are two kinds, large and small.

Small hard times include wake up in the morning and come to the office on time. Like controlling your emotions when there is friction with your colleagues. Or times when you learn to be grateful when your day does not go as you expect. Little things that is a small successes that will take you sooner or later to a greatness.

Instead, hard times are a big happens in life like when you have to decide to say no to pressure others to do the cheating, rose again after having bankrupt, or personal problems that hit you and you could affect performance. Moments like that to risk a big risk, but if you respond to the situation correctly, then you’ll be a winner and get a comparable return.

Be brave when hard times arrive. If there is a temptation to choose the easy road, something common to many people, but it was contrary to the truth, the courage to choose the difficult path, but according to the truth. Face each difficulty as a hero who is ready to accept victory.

Your assertiveness is the key to your future. Do not exchange a day at the expense of enjoyment throughout your future.
