BUILDING ARCHITECT SUPERVISOR
Desirable criteria  :

• Min. S1  Architecture / Design Interior
• Priority for the Experience in project  developing  aspect  / commercial  building
• Able to handle stress & work under pressure  in a fast  environment.

Duties  :
Designing the spaces, working  closely with tenants and developers  to make  sure that  projected mall’s designs match  the needs of these  groups.

TENANT DESIGN & FIT OUT SUPERVISOR
Desirable criteria  :

Min. S1  Architecture / Design Interior

• Priority for the Experience in property developer / commercial  building
• Familiar end experienced in  project  developing aspect, residential / commercial
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Duties  :

• Supporting  Design  Manager  duties
• Coordinate  all related  things  to tenants fit out process  in according  to ensure that tenants fit out process  is going  well  and on schedule.

MARKETING COMMUNICATION SUPERVISOR
Desirable  criteria :

• Min.  S1  Business  Communication / Marketing  Communication / Design  & Visual Communication
• 3  years  experience in  communication related  field
• Having  good SharePoint and website software skills
• Excellent  English  both  written & spoken

Duties  :

• Support  promotion  above  and below the line activities bot
• Manager the marketing relationship  on a daily  basis
• Work  in  collaboration  to develop  monthly  advertising plans  and prepare for all  material submission deadlines
• Provide support  to  the Marketing Director / Marketing  Communication manager  on day to day basis.
• Supervise and collaborate with  the Marketing  Administrator  and Graphic  Designer while providing support and guidance.

MARKETING DATA & ADMIN SUPERVISOR
Desirable  criteria  :

• Min. S1  from Marketing Management/ Finance  Management or any major
• 3  years experience in related  field, excellent  English  both written & spoken

Duties  :

• Provide a good  report data & admin both electronic & manual incl. Market survey & analysis,etc to the devision management  team as needed.
• Performs and supervises  a varief of administrative support  duties and clerical  support processes.

MARKETING LEASING SUPERVISOR
Desirable criteria :

• Min. S1  from Marketing  Management / Finance  Management
• Experience min. 3 years  in the property developer / real estate  leasing
• Strong  analytical  ability,  Good  Financial Analysis, target oriented, positive mindset,    coordination skill.
• Willingness to work under pressure  and  long hours.
• Excellent  English  both  written  and spoken.

Duties  :

• Monitor day by day leasing activities by agent, set target and monitor  agent to achieve target
• Make leasing support  and data
• Responsible to icnrease the value of property through actively pursuing new retailers that add value to the asset  performance.
• Preparing strategic business  or leasing plans & budget, together with assisting in preparation of redevelopment proposals & recommendation to the business manager for review.
