QUANTITY SURVEYOR M&E
Qualifications:

• Male, max 28 years old

• Min. S1 graduated from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, from reputable university, GPA min 2,75
• Min. 2 years experiences as estimator in civil contractor/consultant, or experience in building maintenance
• Excellent numerical analytical skill & detail oriented
• Experience in handling variety project, especially in construction or interior
• Good English (oral & written) & computer literate (MS Office & Auto CAD)
• Proven track record in preparing project specification, M&E lay out and project progress report
• Handling monitoring budget & final account
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Qualifications:

• Male, max 28yrs old, min Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Arus Kuat).
• Min 2 years experiences in handling building projects
• Strong analytical skill & coordination skill
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Willing to travel, and also to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
