PT Varta MicroBattery Indonesia – We are a German Multinational Company in Battery Assembly. Currently we are looking for experienced & qualified personnel for the following positions:

QC – MANAGER
Requirements:

• Male, 35 – 45 years old
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferably from reputable university)
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position, preferably in Battery Manufacturing environment
• Familiar with the ISO9001/14001 & TS16949 Quality and Environmental Management Systems
• Manage the daily QC activities with the use of statistical control techniques.
• To handle customer audit and failure analysis
• Good Leadership for QC team members in 2 locations of the Batam plant
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Reporting to Senior Quality Manager in Singapore

QC – ENGINEER
Requirements:

• Male, 28 – 35 years old
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering (Preferably from reputable university)
• Familiar with quality system, analysis and statistics
• Hands on with calibration instruments, parameter OCV, CCV, IMP
• Min. 6 years experience in similar position preferably in Battery Manufacturing environment
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to work under pressure

ENGINEER – MAINTENANCE
Requirements:

• Male 30 – 35 years old
• Degree holder in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• 5 years experience in similar function in manufacturing environment
• Responsible for overall Plant cleanliness
• Hands on in service, repair, maintenance, overhaul of plant equipment and facilities
• Keep and maintain proper type and stock level of spare parts
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft & Maintenance software
• Familiar with ISO9001/14001/TS16949
• Preferably with hands on experience in automation, resistance & laser welding equipment
• Good command of spoken and written English
