IR & ER Manager
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience prefer in the same field.
• Advanced knowledge of telecommunications business, manpower regulation, knowledge of Industrial Relation with government and employee relation.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Planning, preparing and doing any programs from HR activities.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Monitoring and analyzing new manpower6 regulation arranged by government.
• Monitoring the issues and situations which are expanded in company environment, employees or matters in the field of manpower.
• Computer literate (MS Office) is must.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Good Analytical Thinking.
• Have Strong Integrity and Loyalty.
