SAFETY STAFF (SS)
Suitable candidate will have to:

• Ensure the Management system of documentation, and records are comply to the OHSAS 18001:2007.
• Ensure the implementation of Management system are comply to the OHSAS 18001:2007.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma III Technical (electro, machines, industry)
• Having experience less than 3 years
• Business Understanding: OHSAS 18001:2007, process of production, technical supporting & maintenance, Safety & Health regulation, HIRA, JRA, reporting system.
• Language skill in English and Indonesia, Safety knowledge, computer knowledge (i.e. office), good interpersonal skill, process of production.

IG CUSTOMER ADVOCACY ENGINEER (ICA)
Suitable candidate will have to:

• Ensure the IG customer complaints processes are meeting to customer needs and satisfaction for strategic customer or critical complaints.
• Communicate and monitor internally with Industrial Quality and related departments on specific action plan needed to solve the customer complaint.
• Give input and feedback to IG customer on root causes of NC or missing components and specified the action plan based on G8D processes.

Requirements:

1. Graduate in Electrical Power Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in related job (Customer Service/ Survey).
3. Demonstrate good communication skill.
4. Proficient in English, verbal and written.
5. Computer literate (Windows applications).
6. Demonstrate analytical skill.
