Branch Service Manager (BSM)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 2 (two) years of managerial role and 4 (four) years of banking operation experience, especially in the area of retail banking
- Have good knowledge and understanding on banking products, service , and general policies/procedures
- Familiar and still working at Bogor and Cirebon areas
- Demonstrate high service attitude with good judgment and problem solving skills
- Good people management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
- Willing to be placed at Bogor & Cirebon Branch
Relationship Manager
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 3 (three) years experience as Marketing funding (Local or Foreign Bank)
- Familiar and still working at Kelapa Gading, Sunter or Pulo Gadung areas
- A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
- Excellent selling and networking skills
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
- Willing to work or relocate in all branches
SALES SUPPORT OFFICER (SSO – Temporary Staff)
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible to provide assistance to PB, RM & DBM by :
- Assist PB & RM in preparing administration work
- Take massage from customer (by phone and/or direct) on behalf of PB/RM
- Produce simple MIS sales number for PB/RM in regular basis based on DBM or BM’s
- instruction
- Participate in promoting risk and control awareness and compliance requirement including indemnity through out the branch
- Support Deputy Branch Manager or Branch Manager for service quality assurance include handling complaint and investigation
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 1 (one) year in the similar area
- (Fresh Graduate is welcome)
- Have good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
- Demonstrate high service orientation, risk focus and attention to detail
- PC literate, excellent communication & administration skills
- Well groomed and attractive personality
- Preferred domicile in tangerang area
Teller (TL)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 1 – 2 years as Teller in banking industry
- Have good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
- Demonstrate high service orientation, good judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and administration
- PC literate, high accuracy , risk focus and attention to detail
- Well groomed and attractive personality
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
- Willing to work or relocate in all branches
SERVICE ASSISTANT (SA)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 1 (one) year as Customer Service/Teller in banking industry (Fresh graduate is welcome)
- Have good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
- Demonstrate high service orientation, Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- PC literate, Risk focus and attention to detail
- Well groomed and attractive personality
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Willing to work or relocate in all branches
CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 1 (one) year as Customer Service in banking industry
- Have good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
- Demonstrate high service orientation, good judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- PC literate, Risk focus and attention to detail
- Well groomed and attractive personality
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
- Willing to work or relocate in all branches
